Proposed Changes to Householder Permitted Development Rights

The purpose of this consultation is to consult on the possibility of making improvements to your home without needing planning permission. These are called Permitted Development Rights. This petition calls upon the National Assembly for Wales to urge the Welsh Government to improve Public Safety by requiring Local Authorities to publish a regularly updated waiting list of road safety schemes for which they are responsible. For more information click here.
