This consultation outlines the Welsh Assembly Government’s Model for Delivering Advocacy Services to Children and Young People in Wales. It is statutory guidance issued under section 25(8) of the Children Act 2004, and it sets out the purpose of the Model and what is required to embed recent Measures, Regulations and Directions which reinforce the legal framework for the Model. The Assembly Learning Grant (Further Education)/ALG FE (Wales) Scheme for the Academic Year 2011/12

This consultation seeks views on the draft proposals for the Assembly Learning Grant (Further Education) Scheme 2011.The ALG FE provides financial assistance to persons aged 19 years old or over in post compulsory education who are ordinarily resident in Wales on the first day, of the first academic year of their course and taking eligible further education courses.
