How to join
The Assembly now has increased powers, and local authorities are expected to involve more people from local groups in scrutinising the quality of public services. It is therefore important that they understand and can tap into the wide range of groups that can speak on behalf of their members, service users and local communities.
If your organisation acts as a voice on national or local issues, your details will enable us to contact you about government policy that you may want to influence. We will let you know about local events that will explain the new powers of the National Assembly for Wales, and help you get involved. We will alert you to planned changes in the law that might affect people your organisation works with, and help you put forward your views, or develop new ideas to put forward to the Assembly.
